Displayed here were the Philippine Midgets Juan and Martina De la Cruz, who were the smallest, fully developed people known in the civilized world. Juan was 29 inches high and 29 years old. Martina was 27 inches high and 31 years old. They were born in Iloilo, and their parents were `average' size people.
