Within the Philippine Exhibit, Miss Marie Del Pilar, a native Filipino young lady ran a small school Philippine School.

Description

The schoolhouse was made of bamboo poles and nipa palms. The Visayans came early to receive their lessons, then following the dismissal of the Visayans the Negritos, the Moros, and the Igorot attend. An Igorot boy, Antero, was the star pupil.
