Description
Miniature Railroad was a three foot high locomotive that could handle roughly a dozen or so passengers at a time.
The trains were built by the Cagney brothers, and their miniature locomotives were a big hit at the Fair, the company constructed twenty (20) 15″ gauge 4-4-0s and four (4) 22″ gauge 4-4-0s which were used as public transportation on the fairgrounds.
There were eight miles of track.
The attraction had three lines:
- Ran the length of The Pike.
- Ran from The Pike to Boer War and Philippine Exhibit.
- Ran to the Anthropological exhibits.
