- An Endowment Fund for the benefit of an Historical Museum and Library, to consist of the Archives of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition Company .

- The Louisiana Purchase Historical Association Corporation was merged into The Missouri Historical Society, as Francis Davis had long intended.

- DeForest Wireless Telegraph Tower, standing atop a hill in Creve Coeur Park overlooking the lake, was disassembled for the last time.

- A handful of people met, under the leadership of founder Max Storm, to discuss the formation of a society with a mission dedicated to “preserving the memory and memorabilia of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition”.[1]
